Responsibilities
- Translate complex partner experience visions into actionable product and AI roadmaps
- Analyze market trends, partner feedback and competitive signals using AI‑enabled tools
- Lead cross‑functional strategic planning, including quarterly IT PI planning and KPI definition
- Facilitate process improvements to accelerate product speed‑to‑market through AI insights
- Manage performance metrics, resource allocation, and stakeholder consensus for large‑scale initiatives
Eligibility
- 8+ years in strategy development, product management or business transformation within technology
- 5+ years using AI‑enabled tools for market analysis and data‑driven decision making
- 3+ years leading cross‑functional strategic planning and project management in large organizations
- 2+ years managing KPIs, performance metrics and resource allocation for technology roadmaps
- Experience in business architecture or process optimization
