Product Manager

Overview

The Product Manager oversees design, development, and go‑to‑market of private‑fund products within the Clearwater system, defining roadmaps to meet booking, NPS, and margin targets. They work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and clients to translate complex alternative‑asset concepts into product features and drive organic growth.

Responsibilities

• Owns a suite of tools for private funds in the Clearwater system
• Translates alternative‑asset nuances (e.g., capital calls, NAV, waterfalls) into clear product requirements and a prioritized backlog
• Collaborates with development team on feature design, ensuring business value is understood
• Defines, communicates, and updates the product roadmap and release plans
• Measures success of new feature releases and engages with clients on use cases and future needs

Eligibility

• Deep understanding of investment accounting principles and alternative‑asset financial instruments
• 4+ years of relevant product management experience, including agile methodologies and web technologies
• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related field
