Senior Product Manager

Overview

The Senior Product Manager will lead the design, development, and go-to-market strategy for products within Clearwater's system, driving roadmap creation and delivering new capabilities to clients. This role combines team leadership with deep expertise in alternative investments and emerging AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 8-15 developers, providing guidance and fostering knowledge sharing.
• Own the product lifecycle from ideation through market launch and ongoing enhancements.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog to align with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop and communicate a strategic product roadmap to drive bookings, NPS, and gross margin targets.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, test new features, and measure success.

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in alternative investments (private equity, private credit, etc.)
• 7+ years of product management experience with at least 4 years in investment management, operations, or accounting
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field
