Product Designer

Overview

Codewalla seeks a Product Designer to drive AI‑native product development, turning ambiguous problems into researched, designed, and production‑ready solutions. The role blends deep design craft with AI coding/prototyping tools and close collaboration with global clients and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Frame product and user problems with stakeholders, turning ambiguity into clear opportunities and testable assumptions
• Conduct lightweight research, usability testing, analytics and competitive analysis to guide product decisions
• Create sketches, Figma designs, AI‑generated interfaces and code‑based prototypes, selecting the fastest medium for each question
• Design end‑to‑end experiences covering information architecture, interaction, visual hierarchy, responsiveness, accessibility and edge‑case handling
• Build reusable patterns and living design systems while experimenting with AI workflows and staying involved through implementation

Eligibility

• Product design expertise with interaction design, information architecture and visual systems
• 3+ years of experience delivering shipped products and a strong portfolio
• Experience with AI coding/prototyping tools and technical fluency around frontend constraints, APIs and data models
