Principal Product Manager - HR Platforms & Technology

Overview

The Principal Product Manager will lead the development of AI‑native agents for performance and talent management at Cornerstone, driving end‑to‑end product delivery from customer discovery to prototype and launch.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of new AI‑native performance and talent management agents, from discovery through launch
• Partner directly with enterprise customers to gather requirements and validate solutions
• Build and iterate rapid prototypes using tools like Lovable, Claude, and Co‑Pilot
• Collaborate with FDEs, engineering, design, data science and go‑to‑market teams to bring agents to production
• Identify and integrate opportunities for new agents to complement existing portfolio and drive multi‑agent value

Eligibility

• 5+ years product management experience delivering enterprise SaaS, AI or platform products
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑native prototyping tools (e.g., Lovable, Claude, Co‑Pilot) and customer‑facing product delivery
• Domain knowledge in HR technology or performance management preferred
