Principal Product Manager - Talent Management | Hyderabad

Overview

The Principal Product Manager will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of AI‑native talent management solutions, working closely with customers, engineering and cross‑functional teams to prototype and launch outcome agents. This hybrid Hyderabad role focuses on rapid validation using tools like Lovable, Claude and Co‑Pilot.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of AI‑native products and enterprise outcome agents from discovery to launch
• Partner directly with customers to gather business problems, workflows and desired outcomes
• Create and iterate rapid prototypes using AI tools such as Lovable, Claude and Co‑Pilot
• Collaborate with FDEs, engineering, design, data science and go‑to‑market teams to validate feasibility and prepare solutions for production
• Drive cross‑functional execution, monitor adoption metrics and continuously improve the product based on feedback

Eligibility

• 5+ years product management experience, especially in enterprise SaaS, AI or platform products
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑native prototyping tools (Lovable, Claude, Co‑Pilot) and delivering customer‑facing solutions
