Senior Product Manager

Overview

Senior Product Manager leading strategy and execution for an AI-powered skills platform, owning vision, roadmap, and cross‑functional delivery of learning and talent solutions. The role drives AI product strategy, personalization, and skills intelligence to help organizations close skill gaps at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for skills capabilities from discovery through launch and iteration
• Define and drive AI product strategy including personalized learning paths, content recommendations, and generative features
• Translate customer and market needs into clear requirements, prioritized backlogs, and well‑scoped initiatives for engineering
• Partner with data science and ML teams to build and refine models for skills mapping, competency assessment, and adaptive learning
• Collaborate with design, marketing, sales, and customer success to define success metrics, drive adoption, and communicate progress to leadership

Eligibility

• Product management expertise in AI‑enabled learning or talent platforms
• 6‑8 years product management experience with 2+ years in senior/lead role, SaaS/platform and LMS background
