Product Manager III

Overview

Product Manager III – InsurTech at Expedia Group leads the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of InsurTech and FinTech platform capabilities that support protection products across Expedia brands. The role collaborates with engineering and cross‑functional teams to build reusable platform services, ensure compliance, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Organize the platform vision into key themes that address short‑term business needs and long‑term scalability.
• Own end‑to‑end strategy, roadmap, and delivery of InsurTech/FinTech platform capabilities across Expedia Group brands and markets.
• Partner with engineering to define and build reusable APIs, integrations, and data models that reduce complexity and improve the traveller experience.
• Collaborate with design, data science, commercial, finance, legal, and external suppliers to deliver customer‑centric products and experiences.
• Represent InsurTech with partner platform teams, manage inbound requests, negotiate ownership and investment, and drive stakeholder alignment.

Eligibility

• Platform or technical product management experience, preferably in fintech/insurtech, payments, marketplace or e‑commerce.
• 5+ years of product management experience leading capabilities used by multiple products or teams.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics, engineering, data science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
