Overview

The Manager – Data Operations leads the daily operation, monitoring and incident management of enterprise data pipelines supporting finance transformation at EY, ensuring reliable and timely data delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operation of batch and streaming data pipelines, including monitoring, scheduling, and delivery.
• Lead incident triage, root‑cause analysis, and service restoration while coordinating with engineering and DevOps.
• Plan and prioritize operational workloads, support requests and improvements to meet SLAs.
• Maintain runbooks, SOPs, job inventories and automate repetitive checks to improve efficiency.
• Supervise and develop a team of data operations analysts, handling capacity planning and performance feedback.

Eligibility

• Strong expertise in data operations, ETL/ELT processes and finance data flows (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A).
• 7+ years of relevant experience with 2+ years in people‑management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent.
