- Define strategic direction and roadmap for the FCRM product line
- Collaborate with sales, internal teams, and clients to gather requirements and improve customer experience
- Analyze competitive landscape to prioritize features and inform product strategy
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement
- Educate clients on product features, support sales engagements, and incorporate feedback into proposals
Eligibility
- Product management experience in the financial services sector
- 4+ years expertise in financial crimes, fraud, and AML (non‑card payments)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
