Overview
The Product Line Manager will lead the end‑to‑end strategy, performance and growth of a pharmaceutical product line at the company’s India hub in Gurugram. The role combines commercial planning, roadmap ownership and cross‑functional delivery to bring products to market and drive in‑market growth.

5-9 yrs
Responsibilities
- Own the product line strategy, roadmap and positioning
- Track performance, demand and market trends across the line
- Define priorities and build cases for new product investments
- Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, marketing and supply teams to launch and manage the product lifecycle
- Ensure quality, compliance and go‑to‑market readiness
Eligibility
- Pharma, healthcare, life‑sciences or regulated product domain expertise
- 5‑9 years of experience in product line or product management roles
- MBA or relevant technical/science degree
