Technical Product Manager

Overview

The role leads complex product initiatives, bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders while defining roadmaps aligned with customer needs and business goals. It oversees the full product development lifecycle, makes data-driven decisions, and reports on performance and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Own complex product initiatives and define roadmaps aligned with customer needs and business objectives
• Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to delivery with a high-performing engineering team
• Make data-driven decisions to improve product performance and user satisfaction
• Manage dependencies across programmes and domain backlogs and ensure effective communication between stakeholders
• Provide regular reporting on product performance, development progress, and market trends

Eligibility

• Proven product management experience handling complex initiatives
• Strong ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience leading engineering teams and managing cross-functional dependencies
• Data-analysis skills for informed decision-making
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
