Google's YouTube Creator Support team is seeking an Interaction Designer to transform complex AI-driven tasks into intuitive experiences for millions of creators. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional partners to design, prototype, and refine user-centric interfaces.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver thoughtful design solutions.
- Create and communicate user experiences using wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Integrate user feedback and business needs to iterate on product experiences, especially translating AI model capabilities into intuitive interactions.
- Execute design strategy across assigned workstreams, ensuring consistency and scalability of user experiences.
- Define feedback mechanisms and human-in-the-loop patterns to maintain control and confidence in high-stakes decisions.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years of interaction design experience in product or UX design
- Portfolio with viewable work required
