Overview
GreytHR seeks a Product Designer with 4‑7 years of experience to own core modules of its Cloud HR Tech platform, working within a cross‑functional product pod to craft simple, modern web and mobile experiences.

Responsibilities
- End‑to‑end module ownership from PRDs to pixel‑perfect designs for web and native mobile apps
- Conduct user research, build wireframes, define journeys and create high‑fidelity mockups using Figma and AI tools
- Maintain and scale the central Figma component library with auto‑layout, design tokens and interactive components
- Collaborate daily with frontend engineers for dev handoff and ensure precise design implementation
- Run quick usability tests, collect feedback and iterate based on metrics and user pain points
Eligibility
- Domain expertise in B2B SaaS, WorkTech, FinTech or complex enterprise software
- 4‑7 years of hands‑on product design experience
