Product Manager for Agentic Vulnerability Elimination at HackerOne, based in Pune, India, driving AI‑agent quality, performance and cost across the security workflow.

Responsibilities
- Define and deliver improvements to AI agent quality, performance, and cost management across validation, prioritization, exploitation, deduplication, and remediation.
- Own the evolution of the evaluation framework and agent harness, establishing scalable methodologies, quality gates, and feedback loops.
- Partner with triage, engineering, offensive security researchers, and product teams to align priorities and translate operational workflows into AI‑driven capabilities.
- Collaborate with customer‑facing teams in EMEA and the US to gather feedback, understand user workflows, and ensure product improvements meet real‑world needs.
- Define product health metrics, design experimentation frameworks, and lead end‑to‑end product initiatives with clear problem statements and success criteria.
Eligibility
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with technical or AI/LLM products.
- Hands‑on experience with LLM‑based solutions, prompting, evaluations, and quality control.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline (preferred).
