Local Product Manager - Instrument Transformer

Overview

The Local Product Manager oversees the product portfolio at a local manufacturing site, aligning market needs with operational capabilities to drive profitable growth. This role acts as the central liaison among Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Global Product Management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local product strategies and manage the product lifecycle from introduction to phase‑out
• Monitor revenue, margin, volume and profitability, and support pricing and business planning
• Serve as product expert for customers and sales, gathering voice‑of‑customer insights
• Lead cross‑functional projects for product launches, qualifications, cost reduction and issue resolution
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma and value engineering

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in Instrument Transformers and product management
• 5–10 years experience in product management, marketing or engineering of Instrument Transformers
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
