Product Manager-Securitised Products

Overview

The Product Manager – Securitized Products will drive growth of the bank’s inorganic and Priority Sector Lending portfolio through acquisition of retail loan assets, acting as the liaison between Corporate Coverage and control functions.

Responsibilities

• Stay updated on market trends, transaction structures and industry volumes
• Update product notes and SOPs annually per bank guidelines
• Monitor portfolio performance and flag triggers to Coverage team
• Coordinate stakeholder responses to RBI queries and manage inspections
• Supervise ARMs on payouts and ensure timely receipt and processing

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in securitized products and structured finance
• 2-5 years relevant experience in product management, preferably securitized/structured finance
• Graduate degree required; postgraduate preferred
