Senior Product Manager-Credit Cards

Overview

The Senior Product Manager – Credit Cards will own new credit card product propositions targeting millennials, overseeing the full product lifecycle from acquisition to profitability. The role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and a superior customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales funnel through credit policy, underwriting processes, and frictionless onboarding for the millennial segment
• Own product privileges, campaign metrics, and oversee the customer lifecycle including service operations
• Plan and analyze product performance and manage P&L for the millennial segment
• Design go-to-market strategies and enable effective communication
• Collaborate with analytics to create customer personas and drive customized acquisition messaging

Eligibility

• Credit card product management expertise
• Minimum 4 years of experience in credit card product management or related fields
• Graduation (any) and MBA preferred
