Senior UX/UI Designer

Overview

The Senior UX Designer will lead end-to-end user experience for Inovalon's enterprise platform, handling complex data‑dense workflows and translating business domains into intuitive designs. The role emphasizes information architecture, accessibility, and scaling design systems across B2B SaaS products.

Responsibilities

• Own the full UX lifecycle from discovery and domain modeling to wireframes, high‑fidelity designs, and engineering handoff
• Design intuitive workflows for multi‑role, data‑dense B2B/SaaS applications
• Integrate WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices throughout the process
• Contribute to and expand enterprise design systems and component libraries
• Partner with product, engineering, and domain experts to align design strategy with vision and feasibility

Eligibility

• Enterprise UX and information architecture expertise
• 5-8+ years experience designing complex B2B SaaS platforms with a focus on accessibility and design systems
• Authorization to work in the United States (no sponsorship provided)
