Staff UX Interaction Designer

Overview

Staff UX Interaction Designer responsible for creating and evolving complex product experiences for the industrial Internet of Things. Collaborates with product, engineering, research, and data teams to drive measurable customer and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for high-impact initiatives, defining long‑term product and experience vision.
• Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs while balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and data teams to frame problems, run workshops, and align on strategy.
• Establish design excellence, contribute to design systems, and mentor designers across the organization.
• Champion accessibility, inclusivity, and usability throughout the development lifecycle.

Eligibility

• 8+ years designing digital products, platforms, or enterprise solutions, especially in industrial or SaaS contexts.
• Proven experience leading large‑scale, complex product initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Master's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field (preferred).
