Senior Product Designer

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer in India to create AI‑driven, behavior‑focused digital experiences for a global health and fitness product. The role blends product design, behavioral psychology, gamification and rapid experimentation at massive scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of innovative B2C product experiences that drive long‑term behavior change
• Integrate AI as a core component of user flows and interactions
• Apply gamification and behavioral psychology principles to motivate sustainable habits
• Use UX research, analytics and data to identify opportunities, test hypotheses and iterate designs
• Collaborate with product, engineering, research and analytics teams to bring concepts from idea to implementation

Eligibility

• 5+ years designing high‑quality B2C digital products
• Strong expertise in mobile UI/UX and AI integration; experience with health & fitness apps is a plus
