Senior Product Manager - Fulfillment (SCM & Logistics)

Overview

The Senior Product Manager – Fulfillment will own and drive the product roadmap across the e‑commerce fulfillment ecosystem, collaborating with engineering, supply chain, operations and business teams to build scalable, technology‑led solutions. The role focuses on improving order fulfillment speed, cost efficiency and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end product charter for fulfillment from order placement through dispatch and delivery
• Define product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with business and customer outcomes
• Identify and implement improvements to fulfillment speed, reliability, cost and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to translate complex business problems into scalable product solutions
• Define and monitor product metrics such as SLA adherence, TAT, cancellation rates, NDR, delivery success and cost per order

Eligibility

• Product management expertise in e‑commerce fulfillment or supply‑chain domains
• 6–10 years of product management experience in high‑scale e‑commerce, marketplace, retail‑tech or consumer internet businesses, preferably working on fulfillment, logistics, OMS or warehouse products
