Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and the user‑centered design process
- Create and deliver design vision through cross‑functional partnerships
- Develop holistic design solutions that meet business, brand and user requirements
- Collaborate with web developers and engineers to deliver final products
- Guide, mentor and elevate other designers, setting the craft bar for the group
Eligibility
- MDes/BDes or equivalent degree in graphic design, HCI, or related field
- 8+ years experience in the full product development lifecycle of web or software applications
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma
