Overview
Lead Product Manager – Technical (Agentic AI) at Mastercard drives AI and agentic capabilities for the Payment Performance Intelligence program within the Business & Markets Insights organization. The role defines product strategy, roadmap, requirements and partners across engineering, data science and platform teams to deliver customer‑focused solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own strategy and roadmap for AI and agentic capabilities across Payment Performance Intelligence
- Partner with engineering, data science/AI, and platform teams to ensure architecture quality and safe deployment
- Create and manage PRDs, backlog prioritization, story writing, dependencies and release planning
- Lead user research, discovery and experimentation to validate use cases, accuracy and business impact
- Support go‑to‑market activities, customer enablement, demos, documentation and training
Eligibility
- Strong product development and management expertise
- Experience delivering AI/Gen AI chatbot solutions or similar agentic services
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
