Overview
The Principal Product Manager will drive AI‑first product experiences for Microsoft 365 Copilot, shaping vision, roadmap and delivery of intelligent workflows for millions of enterprise users.

Responsibilities
- Define vision and execute roadmap for AI‑native productivity experiences
- Collaborate with AI researchers, engineers, designers and partners to ship scalable AI features
- Establish new human‑AI interaction paradigms and integrate them into user workflows
- Use data, customer feedback and experiments to iterate and measure success
- Lead cross‑functional teams to launch and scale v1 products
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years experience in product management (10+ years preferred)
- Experience with AI‑powered applications, mobile apps, Microsoft Graph or LLM APIs
