Senior Product Manager for Microsoft Word, responsible for shaping AI‑first experiences and product strategy across desktop, web, and mobile platforms. The role drives customer value, responsible AI, and cross‑functional execution to deliver the next generation of Word.

Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Word AI scenarios
- Lead development of Copilot and agentic workflows ensuring responsible AI, privacy and compliance
- Conduct customer research and use telemetry to prioritize features and measure success
- Drive end‑to‑end execution partnering with design, engineering, data science, marketing and go‑to‑market teams
- Champion quality, performance, accessibility, and cross‑platform consistency across Windows, Mac, web, iOS and Android
Eligibility
- 5+ years of product, program, or software development management experience
- Proven experience building AI‑powered productivity or enterprise SaaS products
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
