Senior Product Designer

Overview

Mindtickle is seeking a senior product designer to own the end‑to‑end design of AI‑first seller experiences, collaborating with product, engineering, and research teams to shape how sellers prepare and win deals.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end design for the seller’s daily experience from research to launch and iteration
• Break ambiguous problems into clear bets and a sequenced plan for product and engineering
• Design AI‑native experiences that earn seller trust while keeping them in control
• Create patterns and frameworks for consistency across surfaces and contribute to the design system
• Use research and product data to make decisions and measure post‑launch impact

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in B2B SaaS product design, especially revenue/enablement tools
• 5+ years designing complex products, shipped AI‑powered solutions, portfolio required
