Graphic Designer

Overview

We are seeking a senior UI/UX Designer to create meaningful, engaging solutions for web and mobile products, working in a hybrid model from our Bellandur, Bangalore client office.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex design problems, user pain points, and research findings into practical, impactful design solutions.
• Identify new product improvement opportunities and contribute to an evolving design system.
• Collaborate with design, development, and product management teams to ensure designs align with guidelines and performance specifications.
• Present design ideas to cross‑functional teams, senior leadership, and measure UX outcomes using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Mentor junior designers, drive UX process improvements, and manage multiple product lines simultaneously.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in User Interface Design or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating data‑driven design, user empathy, and measurable impact.
