Responsibilities

• Advise on UX accessibility and inclusive design practices
• Provide compliance and legal-informed guidance for digital ethics and responsible AI topics
• Define and operationalize business rules that scale UX governance across large organizations
• Support cross-functional teams by influencing enterprise strategy and embedding accessibility and ethics into product delivery
• Review and guide the design of tools, frameworks, or automated systems that help teams apply accessibility and compliance at scale

Eligibility

• 11+ years of experience in accessibility, inclusive design, digital ethics, responsible AI, compliance, or related fields
• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Health and healthcare domain experience is a plus
