Senior Product Manager

Overview

Senior Product Manager responsible for owning the roadmap and strategic direction of the Nations Vision multi‑tool platform, ensuring high‑quality, accurate delivery of fee schedules, provider networks, and claims processing for hundreds of insurance clients.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the end‑to‑end product roadmap, balancing client needs, business goals and technical constraints
• Drive enhancements of core systems including the provider‑facing claims portal, fee schedule configuration, network mapping and claims adjudication engine
• Establish quality benchmarks, monitor data integrity, conduct audits and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives
• Serve as the primary liaison across engineering, operations, client services and leadership, communicating updates and translating feedback
• Manage client configurations and escalations, ensuring the platform scales while maintaining accuracy

Eligibility

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare, benefits administration or insurance technology
• Proven experience managing complex, multi‑component platforms and writing moderately complex SQL queries
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (MBA a plus)
