- Represent the customer and ensure products are built with user empathy.
- Define vision, strategy and roadmap based on customer and business needs.
- Conduct market research, experimentation, user testing and data analysis to shape product experiences.
- Define and analyze metrics to measure product success and own related business outcomes.
- Lead cross‑functional teams and mentor a team of APMs/PMs to deliver product outcomes.
