Business Consultant - UX Designer

Overview

The Business Consultant - UX Designer will create intuitive, engaging digital experiences by conducting user research and translating insights into user-centered designs. This role collaborates closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver responsive, accessible interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and stakeholder discussions
• Create user personas, empathy maps, customer journey maps, and user flows
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and development teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Perform usability testing, incorporate feedback, and ensure design consistency with established design systems

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in UX/UI design and digital product design
• 2-8 years of experience in user research, interaction design, and agile product development
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Psychology, or related field
