Business Consultant - UX Designer

Overview

NTT DATA is seeking a Business Consultant - UX Designer in Pune to create intuitive, engaging digital experiences. The role involves collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to conduct research, design, and test user-centered solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights.
• Create personas, journey maps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and development teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Design responsive, accessible web and mobile interfaces and ensure consistency with design systems.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback and testing results.

Eligibility

• Strong expertise in UX design, user research, information architecture, and interaction design.
• 2-8 years of experience in digital product design with a portfolio of relevant projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Psychology, or related field.
