Senior Lead Engineer

Overview

The Senior Lead Engineer will design end‑to‑end UX for Salesforce applications, translating business requirements into intuitive user journeys and high‑fidelity prototypes. The role collaborates with global teams to ensure designs align with Salesforce standards and improve user adoption.

Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end UX for Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud applications
• Create wireframes, prototypes and UI designs using Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD and SLDS
• Conduct user research, usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
• Collaborate with developers, architects and Agile teams to ensure feasible, platform‑aligned solutions
• Maintain reusable design systems, ensure accessibility, responsiveness and performance best practices

Eligibility

• UI/UX design expertise with 4‑8 years experience
• 2+ years hands‑on experience designing within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Portfolio or degree in design, HCI, Computer Science or related field (educational constraint optional)
