Web Design UX/UI Advisor

Overview

NTT DATA is seeking a UX Designer/UX UI Advisor in Bangalore to create intuitive, accessible digital experiences across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms, collaborating with cross‑functional product teams. The role focuses on user research, interaction design, and design system maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and translate insights into actionable design opportunities
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs ensuring responsive and accessible experiences
• Define interaction patterns, micro‑interactions, and create design specifications for implementation
• Contribute to and maintain enterprise design systems and reusable components
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders in Agile ceremonies and present design concepts

Eligibility

• Expertise in user‑centered design and UX research
• 3–8 years of experience in UX/Product/Interaction design, preferably for enterprise or SaaS products
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Computer Science or a related field
