UX Designer

Overview

NTT DATA is seeking a UX Designer in Bangalore to create intuitive, accessible digital experiences across web, mobile and enterprise platforms, collaborating with product and engineering teams. The role focuses on user‑centered design, research, and delivery of high‑quality interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing and translate insights into design opportunities
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity visual designs for responsive web and mobile experiences
• Define interaction patterns, micro‑interactions and create design specifications for implementation
• Contribute to and maintain enterprise design systems and reusable components
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers and stakeholders in Agile ceremonies, present concepts and iterate based on feedback and metrics

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in UX, human‑centered design and interaction design
• 3‑8 years of experience in UX/Product/Interaction design, preferably with enterprise, SaaS or mobile products
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Computer Science or related field
