Overview

Senior Service Design Expert who will lead end‑to‑end service design and transformation across digital and physical touchpoints for NTT DATA in Bangalore.

Responsibilities

• Lead Service Design engagements from discovery through concept, validation and implementation
• Define service vision, experience principles, target‑state journeys and transformation opportunities
• Plan and conduct research with customers, employees and stakeholders and create personas, JTBD, journeys, service blueprints and ecosystem maps
• Facilitate executive workshops, co‑creation sessions and design sprints while collaborating with UX, Product, Technology, Data and AI teams
• Define experience metrics (XLAs, KPIs) and present transformation roadmaps to senior stakeholders

Eligibility

• Service Design, Experience Design, UX Strategy or related consulting expertise
• Minimum 5+ years of experience leading complex enterprise Service Design programs
• No specific educational requirement
