- Drive and execute a product design strategy that balances user experience with business outcomes.
- Design end‑to‑end flows for multiple personas (IT Admin, Security Admin, End‑user) across desktop, mobile web, and dedicated apps.
- Collaborate with research, UX writing, product management, engineering, marketing, and data science to frame problems and explore solutions.
- Create scalable, responsive design patterns and ensure accessibility standards are met.
- Champion the thoughtful, secure use of AI throughout the design process and present concepts to senior leadership.
Eligibility
- Expertise in identity, security, and AI‑driven product design.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer/UX Designer with shipped B2B or enterprise products.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
