Overview
OneTrust is hiring a Senior UX Designer for its Research and Development team to lead end‑to‑end user experience design for web‑based enterprise products, including privacy, security, and GRC platforms. The role focuses on creating design deliverables, establishing UX standards, and advocating for user‑centric practices across the organization.
Experience
5-8 years
Responsibilities
- Create design deliverables across the full process, including information architecture, interface and interaction design, and low‑ and high‑fidelity prototypes
- Identify, define and promote UX best practices and reusable templates
- Collect and analyze UX metrics, web metrics, and support data to inform design decisions
- Monitor and apply relevant UX trends and industry awareness
- Serve as a UX advocate and champion within the organization
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HCI, Industrial Design or related field
- 5‑8 years of experience in full product design process, including research to rollout
- Portfolio demonstrating applied UX projects
- Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite (or Figma)
- Enterprise product design experience, familiarity with data privacy, third‑party risk, or security domains
- Leadership experience and Scrum certification
