Overview
OneTrust is hiring a Senior UX Designer to lead the design of its AI‑Ready Governance Platform, creating end‑to‑end user experiences and mentoring junior designers.
Experience

Responsibilities
- Create design deliverables covering information architecture, interface, interaction design, and low/high‑fidelity prototypes.
- Identify, collect, and analyze UX metrics from web data, support tickets, and other sources to inform design decisions.
- Define and promote UX best practices and templates across product teams.
- Act as a UX advocate and mentor, guiding junior designers and fostering collaboration.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent, user‑centric experiences across OneTrust modules.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, HCI, Industrial Design, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in full product design process, including enterprise web applications and portfolio demonstrating UX/UI capabilities.
- Proficiency with design tools (Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite) and experience leading design teams.
