Senior Product Manager at Pepper in Mumbai, responsible for owning and shipping a core surface of Atlas, the agentic operating system for mar‑tech. The role involves end‑to‑end product ownership from discovery through launch and iterative improvement.

Responsibilities
- Own a core surface of Atlas end‑to‑end, from discovery, definition, launch to iteration.
- Write clear product specs, set goals, define success metrics and create a prioritized roadmap.
- Conduct product discovery by engaging customers, analyzing usage data, and translating insights into AI‑driven workflows and automations.
- Partner with services, engineering, design, data science and customer success teams to embed operational workflows into scalable product.
- Ship features, measure impact with usage data, and iterate quickly in tight loops.
Eligibility
- Domain expertise in mar‑tech and B2B SaaS products.
- 5+ years of product management experience building B2B software, preferably with US enterprise customers.
