Founding Designer (3-5 Years, 80L)

Overview

We are seeking a founding product designer to be the first dedicated design hire, shaping AI‑powered video creation tools from concept to shipped product. The role involves close collaboration with co‑founders and rapid weekly shipping cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end product design, from exploration and prototypes to shipped features
• Design controllable AI video creation workflows and editable motion graphics interfaces
• Define visual language, interaction patterns, and design foundations for scaling
• Create intuitive interaction systems for complex creative workflows including timelines and generated assets
• Iterate quickly, prototype, test, and ship features in tight weekly cycles

Eligibility

• Hands‑on product design experience taking a digital product from zero to one
• Strong interaction design skills for complex workflow or AI‑driven products
• Portfolio demonstrating personal ownership of design decisions and shipped outcomes
• Comfort working directly with founders and engineers in a fast‑moving startup
• No specific educational requirement
