Product Manager (Direct Procurement)

Overview

The Product Manager – Distribution will own the end‑to‑end value stream connecting suppliers to customers, driving strategy, design and delivery of distribution features across QAD’s SaaS platform. This role leads discovery, roadmap ownership and squad execution to achieve ARR growth and customer retention.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bi‑weekly customer and supplier interactions to validate market problems and build business cases
• Maintain a 3‑year Now/Next/Later roadmap and prioritize the backlog using the RICE framework
• Define MVP vs MLP constraints and ensure scalable solutions across customers
• Lead autonomous squads (Tech Lead, Designer) and coordinate GTM readiness with Product Marketing
• Measure post‑launch adoption and revenue against business case metrics to decide pivot, persevere or kill

Eligibility

• Supply chain, ERP or distribution software domain expertise
• 5‑10 years of product management experience in relevant industry, proficient with Aha! and Jira
