Overview
The Product Manager – Distribution at QAD leads the end‑to‑end value stream connecting suppliers to customers, shaping strategy, design and delivery of distribution capabilities. The role drives outcomes such as ARR growth and customer retention while owning a multi‑year roadmap.
Experience
5-10 yrs
Responsibilities
- Conduct biweekly customer and supplier interactions for market sensing and problem validation
- Define business cases and ROI for new distribution initiatives using win/loss data and CAB insights
- Own and maintain a 3‑year roadmap, applying the RICE framework for prioritization
- Lead autonomous squads with Tech Lead and Product Designer and ensure GTM readiness
- Measure post‑launch adoption and revenue against business case metrics to decide pivot, persevere or kill
Eligibility
- Product management experience in supply chain, ERP or distribution software
- 5-10 years of relevant product management experience
- Ability to make data‑driven investment recommendations
- Proficiency with Aha! and Jira
