Job Description
Overview
The Product Manager – Distribution will own the end‑to‑end value stream linking suppliers and customers, driving strategy, design and delivery of distribution capabilities within QAD’s SaaS platform. The role leads discovery, roadmap, squad execution and post‑launch outcomes to grow ARR and customer retention.

5-10 years
Responsibilities
- Conduct bi‑weekly customer and supplier interviews to validate market problems
- Build evidence‑based business cases using win/loss data and Customer Advisory Boards
- Own and prioritize a 3‑year roadmap using RICE and define MVP/MLP constraints
- Lead autonomous squads with Tech Lead and Product Designer to deliver features
- Partner with Product Marketing and measure post‑launch adoption and revenue to guide decisions
Eligibility
- Supply chain, ERP or distribution software domain expertise
- 5-10 years of product management experience in supply chain/ERP
