Senior Product Designer

Overview

Senior Product Designer leading end-to-end UX/UI for fan-facing flows of a live‑entertainment ticketing platform, shaping discovery, checkout and entry experiences for Indian users. Will own design from concept to launch, mentor junior designers, and collaborate across product, engineering and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own UX for key fan‑facing flows (discovery, event pages, checkout) from concept to launch.
• Map user journeys, create wireframes, conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback.
• Produce high‑fidelity, production‑ready designs and interactive prototypes in Figma, maintaining a scalable design system.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product and marketing to ensure implementation matches design intent.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design strategy and trend awareness.

Eligibility

• Minimum 6+ years of product design experience on consumer web and mobile apps.
• Proven portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end UX/UI, design systems and data‑driven decision making.
• Strong proficiency with Figma (components, variants, auto layout) and ability to conduct user research; no specific educational requirement.
