User Experience Designer

Overview

A junior full-time product role focused on shaping the live website and a new app, handling membership onboarding, trial booking and the buy/rent/return journey, with research-driven improvements approved by the Founder.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research including interviews, usability tests and observations to uncover member pain points
• Analyze behavior patterns and friction points to generate insights for product decisions
• Map and improve key journeys such as discovery, browsing, trial booking, onboarding and purchase decisions
• Identify and fix usability issues on the live website and define interaction flows for the app, creating wireframes and prototypes
• Document research, journey maps and decisions, hand off flows to UI designers and collaborate with the tech team

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, HCI, Product Design or a related field
• Experience with user research methods, usability testing and journey mapping
• Proficiency in Figma for wireframing and prototyping
