Overview
Rippling is seeking a Manager, IT Implementation to lead a global team of 7-8 IT Product Specialists, overseeing end‑to‑end IT product implementations and driving adoption across its SaaS platform.

5+ years overall, 2+ years team management
Responsibilities
- Direct and develop a global team of IT Product Specialists, ensuring accountability and execution excellence
- Lead front‑line IT implementations from kickoff to go‑live, managing milestones and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with Sales, Technical Account Management, Support, Product and Engineering to create seamless customer journeys and improve product functionality
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics, KPIs, playbooks and operational processes
- Act as escalation point for complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement
Eligibility
- Proven experience leading client‑facing implementation, professional services, or technical support teams in a fast‑paced B2B SaaS environment
- 2+ years managing teams and 5+ years in customer onboarding or software implementation
- Strong knowledge of corporate IT landscapes including MDM, SSO/SAML/OIDC, Zero Touch deployment, Google Workspace, Azure AD, Okta
