Overview
The Product Design Lead on Rippling’s HRIS team will shape and scale the core HR platform, driving AI‑first product experiences for both employees and HR leaders.

Responsibilities
- Define long‑term and AI‑first strategies for the HRIS portfolio
- Design new 0‑1 experiences and improve existing workflows across hiring, org data, and compliance
- Collaborate tightly with Product, Engineering, and Research to ship high‑velocity, customer‑focused solutions
- Champion consumer‑grade quality, mentor designers, and expand the design system
- Use LLMs and AI‑assisted prototyping tools to accelerate research, ideation, and delivery
Eligibility
- 8+ years of end‑to‑end product design experience shipping complex, high‑impact products
- Proven experience using LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT) and AI‑assisted design tools (Cursor, Claude Code)
