Rippling is seeking a Product Design Lead for Tasks & Notifications to define the design vision for inbox, notifications, and the Sandbox testing environment, driving cohesive experiences across the platform. The role collaborates closely with product, engineering, and cross‑functional teams, leveraging AI throughout the design process.

Responsibilities
- Define and drive the design vision for Inbox and Notifications across in‑product, mobile, email, and other surfaces
- Design systems that handle high volumes of tasks, alerts, approvals, and updates while managing prioritization, permissions, and deadlines
- Establish principles, interaction patterns, quality standards, and governance for consistent, fast‑moving notification experiences
- Lead end‑to‑end design for Sandbox, enabling IT administrators to safely configure, test, and validate settings without impacting production
- Conduct research, analyze data, and partner with product and engineering to ship AI‑enhanced, high‑quality experiences
Eligibility
- 8+ years of end‑to‑end product design experience shipping complex SaaS/enterprise platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking, systems thinking, and the ability to simplify ambiguous problem spaces
- Excellent interaction and visual design craft, with active use of LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT) in the design workflow
